1994年,我国颁布了《劳动法》。《劳动法》的颁布实施是我国劳动立法的一大突破,也是我国劳动法制建设一座重要的里程碑。施行20年来,《劳动法》在保护劳动者合法权益,稳定协调劳动关系,建立健全与市场经济相适应的劳动制度等方面发挥了重要作用。《劳动法》促进了我国总体就业规模不断扩大,劳动合同制度普遍实行,集体协商制度稳步推进,社会保险覆盖面日益扩大,职工工资水平持续增长,企业民主管理明显加强,劳动者依法维权意识不断增强。
In 1994, China promulgated the “Labor Law.” The promulgation and implementation of the “Labor Law” is a major breakthrough in China's labor legislation and an important milestone in the construction of China's labor law. Over the past 20 years since its implementation, the Labor Law has played an important role in protecting the legitimate rights and interests of laborers, stabilizing and coordinating labor relations, and establishing and improving a labor system compatible with a market economy. The “Labor Law” has promoted the continuous expansion of the overall employment scale in our country, the universal implementation of the labor contract system, the steady progress of the collective bargaining system, the expanding coverage of social insurance, the continuous growth of the wage levels of staff and workers, the markedly strengthened democratic management of enterprises and the continuous enhancement of laborers' rights awareness in accordance with the law .
