目的:探讨不同消毒剂对新生儿暖箱水槽终末消毒效果,指导消毒剂的选择与水槽消毒管理工作。方法:选择2015年8月至2015年10月同等环境下,随机抽取暖箱150例次,随机分为A组、B组各75例次。实验1,A组使用500 mg/L聚维酮碘消毒,现配现用,擦拭水槽,浸泡30 min,以无菌水冲洗,干燥后使用,B组以含有效氯0.05%消毒剂替代聚维酮碘,分别在清洗后第0、4、8、16、24 h,采样送检;实验2,对照组选择30个暖箱,采用A组方法进行消毒处理,连续7 d,实验组采用A组方法消毒处理,对检出的不合格暖箱,采用B组方法进行处理,使用过程中,采集暖箱内、外壁、注水口、通气口样品,进行微生物监测,监测7 d。结果:A组8 h后合格率81.33%(61/75),B组93.33%(70/75),A组8 h、16 h、24 h,微生物监测结果高于B组,A组与B组24 h高于16 h、16 h高于A组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组,在第4日开始检出不合格暖箱,实验组在第6日,开始检出不合格暖箱,7 d内,对照组共检出不合格暖箱21台次,实验组检出8台次,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:含有效氯0.05%消毒剂、500 mg/L聚维酮碘消毒擦拭浸泡消毒新生儿暖箱水槽可维持4 h内完全无菌,但含有效氯0.05%消毒剂维持效果更理想,维持合格的时间更长;以含有效氯0.05%消毒剂作为强化消毒水槽措施,可提高暖箱消毒效果。
Objective: To explore the effect of different disinfectants on the terminal disinfection of infants’ incubators, to guide the choice of disinfectants and disinfection management. Methods: From August 2015 to October 2015 under the same environment, randomly selected 150 cases of warm box, were randomly divided into A group, B group of 75 cases times. CONCLUSION: The disinfected neonates with sterilized chlorine containing 0.05% disinfectant and 500 mg / L povidone-iodine disinfectant can maintain completely sterilized within 4 h, but disinfectant containing 0.05% Qualified for longer; to contain 0.05% disinfectant chlorine disinfection tank as a disinfection measures to enhance the heating disinfection effect.
