目的:探索胃肠道功能紊乱时胃肠粘膜细胞的增殖能力。方法:应用抗-BrdU的单克隆抗体和免疫组织化学技术分析胃肠道粘膜细胞的增殖情况。结果:BrdU的免疫标记显示,胃肠道功能紊乱时胃肠粘膜细胞的增殖能力下降(P<0.05),经四君子汤预防和治疗的胃肠道功能紊乱模型大鼠胃肠粘膜细胞的增殖力明显增强,与自然恢复大鼠有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:胃肠道功能紊乱时胃肠粘膜细胞的增殖能力低下,提示胃肠道功能紊乱时全身适应性调节和营养代谢失调,对揭示胃肠道功能紊乱症的本质具有重要意义。
Objective: To explore the proliferation of gastrointestinal mucosal cells in gastrointestinal disorders. Methods: The anti-BrdU monoclonal antibody and immunohistochemistry were used to analyze the proliferation of gastrointestinal mucosal cells. Results: BrdU immunostaining showed that the proliferative capacity of gastrointestinal mucosal cells was decreased in patients with gastrointestinal disorders (P <0.05). The proliferation of gastrointestinal mucosal cells in rats with gastrointestinal dysfunction was prevented and treated by Sijunzi Decoction Significantly increased, with the natural recovery of rats were significantly different (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The low proliferative capacity of gastrointestinal mucosal cells during gastrointestinal dysfunction suggests that systemic dysregulation and dysregulation of nutritional status during gastrointestinal disorders may be of great significance in revealing the nature of gastrointestinal disorders.
