近年来,我国房地产经济获得了飞速发展,并一定程度上影响了人们的工作与生活。作为国家调控房产市场的经济手段,土地制度不但决定着土地资源的合理分配,也关系着国民经济的发展动向。为了保证房产经济的长远发展,相关政府部门经营制定科学合理的土地管理策略,从而进一步实现城市土地与房产经济的可持续发展。本文通过分析土地制度对房产经济的影响,指出了促进房产经济稳定发展的策略与方法。
In recent years, China’s real estate economy has achieved rapid development, and to some extent, has affected people’s work and life. As an economic measure that the country controls the real estate market, the land system not only determines the rational distribution of land resources, but also the development trend of the national economy. In order to ensure the long-term development of the real estate economy, the relevant government departments shall formulate a scientific and rational land management strategy so as to further realize the sustainable development of urban land and real estate economy. By analyzing the impact of land system on real estate economy, this paper points out the strategies and methods to promote the stable development of real estate economy.
