目的:比较宫腔镜下刮匙刮宫术后口服醋酸甲羟孕酮片及妈富隆治疗子宫内膜息肉不孕症患者的疗效。方法:不孕不育患者常规行宫腔镜检查,镜下诊断子宫内膜息肉患者45例,随机分为A组和B组,A组行宫腔镜下刮匙定点刮除术口服醋酸甲羟孕酮片;B组行宫腔镜下刮匙定点刮除术后口服妈富隆3个月。比较2组患者术后阴道流血情况、妊娠率和复发率。结果:A组术后阴道流血时间长,3个月复发率高,B组较A组术后阴道流血时间短,复发率低。2组术后妊娠率无显着差异。结论:子宫内膜息肉摘除术后配以妈富隆治疗效果好,复发率低。
