目的:以张家口崇礼县野生金莲花Trollius chinensis Bge.种子为材料,筛选其萌发条件及育苗条件,以期为建立张家口市金莲花育苗栽培技术体系提供理论依据和实践技术。方法:通过温室对比试验,定期观察并进行数据的采集和分析。结果:金莲花育苗时种子处理最适宜的条件为GA3浓度800 mg/m L在4℃条件下冷浸4 d后,放置于人工气候箱内,温度为20℃,光照处理为光照12 h/黑暗12 h,处理4 d,期间用30 g/L PEG 6000溶液喷洒,4 d后播种,基质选用草炭土,出苗率能够达到85%以上。结论:根据温室内幼苗外观特性及大田移栽后幼苗外观特性的观察,幼苗生长健壮,病虫害较少,移栽成活率较高。
OBJECTIVE: To screen the seed germination conditions and seedling raising conditions of Trollius chinensis Bge. In Chongli County, Zhangjiakou City in order to provide theoretical basis and practical technology for establishing the seedling cultivation technology system of Trollius chinensis in Zhangjiakou. Methods: Through the greenhouse comparative test, regular observation and data collection and analysis. Results: The optimum condition for the seed treatment of nucifera seedling was that the GA3 concentration of 800 mg / m L was soaked in 4 ℃ for 4 d, then placed in an artificial climate chamber at a temperature of 20 ℃ for 12 h / Dark for 12 h and treated for 4 d. Spraying with 30 g / L PEG 6000 solution during 4 d, sowing with peat soil, the germination rate can reach 85%. CONCLUSION: According to the appearance characteristics of seedlings in greenhouse and the appearance characteristics of seedlings after transplanting, seedlings grow robustly with fewer pests and diseases and higher transplanting survival rate.
