本文采用 FM100-色调试验仪分别对单侧 AMD 对侧眼、双眼黄斑玻璃疣患者及正常对照组36例(36只眼)进行了色调分辨力检测,所有的患者视力或矫正视力≥1.0,眼底有玻璃疣。结果显示,单侧AMD 对侧眼与黄斑玻璃疣患者色调分辨力比较,红色区及全色区差异有显著性(P<0.05),蓝绿色区差异有非常显著性(P<0.003),单侧 AMD 对侧眼的色调分辨力与正常对照组比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.001),蓝绿色区分辨力与单侧 AMD 对侧眼的玻璃疣数量和融合程度有关。
