Trace elements are an important part of the body, and some trace elements are essential to the body. In order to provide a reference for Chinese reference parameters and to provide current data for the study of the relationship between trace elements and health, we analyzed the distribution of trace elements in 10 organs and tissues (heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney, stomach, thyroid, small intestine, muscle and Bone) content of 30 elements. Neutron activation is one of the most effective methods of elemental analysis. The content of iodine and bromine in organs and tissues was determined by super-heated neutron activation method. The content of the remaining 28 elements such as aluminum and calcium was determined by neutron activation.
