[目的]探讨黄芪饮片及提纯有效部位干预糖尿病大鼠效应。[方法]采用STZ造糖尿病大鼠模型,予黄芪及相当于黄芪生药量6.3g.Kg-1的黄芪有效部位分别进行干预,同时设立阳性药物对照组,观测7d3、0d体重及血糖;每日测量摄食量与饮水量。[结果]与正常组比较,糖尿病模型大鼠的摄食量及饮水量均显著上升(P<0.01);造模第7d、30d,糖尿病模型大鼠的体重显著下降,糖尿病模型大鼠的血糖水平显著上升(P<0.01);与模型组比较,第30d黄酮组、酮苷组体重水平显著上升(P<0.01),西药对照组、黄芪饮片组、黄酮组、酮糖组、酮苷组、酮糖苷组血糖水平降低(P<0.05)。[结论]黄芪及有效部位可改善糖尿病大鼠的体重、血糖水平,黄芪黄酮及与其配伍的有效部位各组均显示出良好的效应强度。
[Objective] To investigate the effect of Radix Astragali decoction and purification of effective parts on diabetic rats. [Methods] With STZ-induced diabetic rat model, Astragalus membranaceus and the effective fraction of Astragalus membranaceus corresponding to the crude drug amount of Astragalus of 6.3g.kg-1 were intervened separately. Compared with the model group, the body weight of the 30th day flavonoids and ketoside groups increased significantly (P <0.01). Compared with the model group, the body weight of the Western medicine group, the Huangqi decoction group, the flavone group, the ketose group, The blood glucose level of the ketoglucoside group was decreased (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Astragalus membranaceus and its effective site can improve the body weight and blood glucose level of diabetic rats. Astragalus membranaceus and its effective fractions in each group showed good effect intensity.
