目的:建立风湿塞隆胶囊定性定量的分析方法。方法采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对诃子、丁香、白檀香进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对红花中羟基红花黄色素A、木香马兜铃中马兜铃酸A进行含量测定。结果薄层色谱法均能检出诃子、丁香、白檀香;羟基红花黄色素A在浓度为9.47ug/ml~94.74ug/ml,羟基红花黄色素A的峰面积(A)与浓度(C)线性关系良好,相关系数r为0.9998;羟基红花黄色素A的回收率为97.96%(n=6),RSD为0.720%。马兜铃酸A的重现性好,其浓度在93.871ng/ml~938.71ng/ml,峰面积(A)与对照品浓度(C)线性关系良好。结论此方法专属性强,重现性好,可作为风湿塞隆胶囊定性定量的分析方法。“,”Objective To establish a rheumatism theron capsule qualitative quantitative analysis method.
