选取4大类龙泉青瓷产品为研究对象,使用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法,对龙泉青瓷的铅镉溶出量进行了检测与评估。该方法具有快速检测、使用便捷的特点,对铅重金属标准溶液在0~100μg·L~(-1),镉重金属标准溶液在0~50μg·L~(-1)浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(r)为0.99927~0.99979。该方法铅标准物质检出限为0.303μg·L~(-1),镉标准物质检出限为0.069μg·L~(-1)。检测结果表明龙泉青瓷产品的铅镉溶出量均远小于国内外相关标准要求的限量值,是日用食品接触容器的良好器具。
Four kinds of Longquan celadon products were selected as the research objects. The graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry was used to detect and evaluate the lead and cadmium dissolution of Longquan Celadon. The method has the advantages of rapid detection and convenient use. The method has good linearity in the range of 0-50 μg · L -1 of 0 to 100 μg · L -1 of heavy metal standard solution and 0 to 50 μg · L -1 of standard solution of heavy metal of cadmium, The correlation coefficient (r) is 0.99927 ~ 0.99979. The detection limit of lead standard was 0.303μg · L -1 and the detection limit of cadmium standard was 0.069μg · L -1. The test results show that the lead and cadmium dissolution of Longquan celadon products are far less than the limit values required by relevant standards at home and abroad and are good appliances for daily food contact containers.
