基于管道试压在管道工程建设和运行中的重要意义,梳理了国内外的主要试压标准,国外标准主要有美国联邦宪章、协会标准、ISO标准、英国标准和加拿大标准;国内标准分为3个层次:国家标准、行业标准和企业标准。管道试压的关键技术问题包括:地区等级划分、管道(强度)设计系数、试压管段划分、试压介质、强度试验压力、严密性试验压力和稳压时间等,研究了国内外油气管道试压标准中的相关规定,分析了不同标准之间的差异,介绍了国内外管道试压实例和先进的试压理念,针对我国管道试压标准和标准制修订工作的完善提出了建议。
Based on the importance of piping pressure test in the pipeline construction and operation, the main pressure test standards at home and abroad are reviewed. The foreign standards mainly include the US Federal Charter, Association Standard, ISO Standard, British Standard and Canadian Standard. The domestic standard is divided into 3 A level: national standards, industry standards and business standards. The key technical problems of pipeline pressure testing include: regional classification, design coefficient of pipeline (strength), division of pressure test pipelines, pressure test medium, strength test pressure, tight test pressure and pressure regulation time, etc. Pressure standards, analyzes the differences between different standards, introduces the domestic and international pipeline pressure test examples and advanced concept of pressure test, in view of China’s pipeline pressure test standards and the revision of the standard system made recommendations.
