用旋转液纺丝法制取了 Fe-Cr-Mo-P-C-Si-B 及 Fe-Si-B 类非晶态合金圆丝,测试了其电、磁、机械性能.这两类圆丝对幅度大于24A/m、频率0.01~2000Hz 的交变磁场能感生尖锐而稳定的电压脉冲。这种性能是由于其大巴克豪森效应及迈悌欧西斯效应引起的.测试了脉冲与外加应力的关系。对于其内应力产生原因进行了讨论.这二类圆丝可期望用于性能优异的脉冲发生器件及多种传感器.
The electrical, magnetic and mechanical properties of Fe-Cr-Mo-PC-Si-B and Fe-Si-B amorphous alloy were obtained by spinning liquid spinning method. An alternating magnetic field of more than 24 A / m and a frequency of 0.01-2000 Hz produces sharp and stable voltage pulses. This performance is due to its large Barkhausen effect and the Meaux-Oersis effect caused by the test pulse and the relationship between applied stress. The reasons for its internal stress are discussed.Two kinds of round wire can be expected for high performance pulse generating devices and a variety of sensors.
