本文用双波长分光光度法测定复方氯霉素醇溶液,可不经分离直接测定氯霉素与水杨酸含量,结果准确,平均回收率分别为100.1±0.53%、100.0±0.41%。
In this paper, two-wavelength spectrophotometric determination of compound chloramphenicol solution can be directly determined without isolation of chloramphenicol and salicylic acid content, the results are accurate, the average recovery was 100.1 ± 0.53%, 100.0 ± 0.41%.
