作为我国学校教育教学重要组成部分的体育教学,高中阶段是非常重要的时期,上好体育课对身心健康起着举足轻重的作用。因此,怎样才能使体育课充满良好的氛围,上好每一堂体育课,使学生在愉快的体育课堂中体会到体育教学与学习的乐趣,十分必要。高中女生体育课学习兴趣方面的障碍尤为突出,研究高中女生体育课学习兴趣的培养和提高非常重要,也是各级教育主管部门和广大教育工作者开展研究的主题之一。本文采用文献资料法、数理统计法和调查与访问法,围绕着心理因素和身体状态进行了调查与分析,提出了有效培养高中女生体育课学习兴趣的途径与方法。研究结果认为:制约高中女生体育课学习兴趣有多方面的因素;可通过教学内容、教学方法以及教师素质的提高有效转变和改善;从思想教育、改革教学内容、教学方法和学校重视程度等方面入手,可以切实有效的提高高中女生体育课学习兴趣。
As an important part of our school education and teaching of physical education, high school is a very important period, good physical education on physical and mental health plays a decisive role. Therefore, how to make the physical education class full of good atmosphere, to improve each physical education class so that students enjoy the fun of physical education and learning in a pleasant physical education class, is very necessary. It is very important to study how to cultivate and improve the students’ interest in PE classes in high school girls. It is also one of the topics that the education departments at all levels and the majority of educators carry out the research. In this paper, we investigate and analyze the factors of psychological and physical condition through literature, mathematical statistics, investigation and interview, and put forward ways and methods to effectively cultivate high school girls’ PE interest. The results show that: restricting high school girls ’PE interest in learning has many factors; it can be effectively changed and improved through teaching content, teaching methods and the improvement of teachers’ qualities; from ideological education, reform of teaching content, teaching methods and school emphasis Start, can effectively improve the high school girls’ interest in PE lessons.
