研制了冷却系统,进行发动机低水温台架试验。通过分析发动机稳定工况大循环冷却系统的传热,获得保持箱内水温不变就能使冷却水温稳定的控制原理及其冷却水排泄量计算方法。系统用旁通阀手动排泄经测算的部分进箱冷却水,用浮球阀向箱内自动补充等于排泄量的冷水,控制箱内水温稳定,并进行台架试验与性能分析。结果表明,在测试过程中发动机在转速3 000 r/min各冷却水温控制精度≤±0.2℃,试验取得的数据准确。所研制的冷却系统运行可靠,实用性强,实现在40~95℃的任一冷却水温控制,满足试验要求,且拓展发动机台架功能。
Developed a cooling system for engine low temperature bench test. By analyzing the heat transfer of the large circulation cooling system in the steady working condition of the engine, the control principle and the calculation method of the cooling water excretion which can keep the cooling water temperature stable while keeping the water temperature in the tank constant are obtained. The system manually bypasses the calculated part of the inlet cooling water, and automatically supplements the tank with cold water equal to the amount of discharge by the float valve, and controls the water temperature in the control box to be stable and carries out bench test and performance analysis. The results show that during the test, the control precision of each cooling water temperature of the engine at the speed of 3000 r / min is ≤ ± 0.2 ℃, and the data obtained in the experiment is accurate. The developed cooling system has reliable operation and strong practicability. It can control any cooling water temperature from 40 to 95 ℃ to meet the test requirements and expand the function of engine platform.
