目的 研究唇和舌鳞状细胞癌临床病理差异性。方法 用临床和病理参数对50例唇鳞状细胞癌和26例舌鳞状细胞癌进行对比分析。结果 唇和舌鳞状细胞癌的肿瘤大小、分化程度、病理核分裂数等无显著性差异，在浸润深度，毛细血管数等方面有统计学意义。浸润深度和病理核分裂数与复发转移有关。结论 当唇鳞状细胞癌浸润深度大于5.1 mm，舌鳞状细胞癌大于6.5mm时，易出现复发转移。唇鳞状细胞癌的病理核分裂数大于2个时，易出现复发转移，大于3个时，易出现颈淋巴结转移；而病理核分裂数与舌鳞状细胞癌的颈淋巴结转移无关，与复发转移有关，当其多于2个时易出现复发转移；机体对唇鳞状细胞癌免疫反应程度高。
Objective To study the clinicopathological difference between lip and tongue squamous cell carcinoma. Methods The clinical and pathological parameters of 50 cases of lip squamous cell carcinoma and 26 cases of tongue squamous cell carcinoma were compared. Results There was no significant difference in tumor size, differentiation degree, pathological mitosis between lip and tongue squamous cell carcinoma, and there was statistical significance in the depth of invasion, the number of capillaries and so on. Conclusion When the invasion depth of squamous cell carcinoma of lip is more than 5.1 mm, tongue squamous cell carcinoma is more than 6.5 mm, recurrence and metastasis are easy to occur. Lip squamous cell carcinoma of the pathological mitotic number more than 2, prone to recurrence and metastasis, more than 3, prone to cervical lymph node metastasis; and pathological mitosis and tongue squamous cell carcinoma of the cervical lymph node metastasis, and recurrence and metastasis , When more than 2 prone to recurrence and metastasis; the body of a high degree of immune response to oral squamous cell carcinoma of the lip.
