党的十七届三中全会提出城乡一体化新格局的概念,这意味着中国的城镇化要走以大城市为中心的“城市群”和“城市带”的方向,逐步建立包括大、中、小城市和中心镇的城镇体系,并以此带动农村发展,解决城乡“二元结构”问题,逐步实现城乡一体化。而就房地产行业本身而言,目前不少大城市尤其是一线城市的房地产开发已经几近饱和,而处于城市化阶段的多数三四线城市,其房地产市场才刚刚起步。种种迹象表明,中小城市将成为未来房地产开发的重点区域。
