本文采用双波长分光光度法测定灭滴灵栓的含量，克服了非水溶液滴定法温热萃取溶剂的刺激性，操作简便、快速、结果准确。平均回收率１０１．０２％，ＲＳＤ为０．６７％。
In this paper, dual-wavelength spectrophotometric determination of metronidazole suppository content, to overcome the non-aqueous titration extraction solvent warm stimulant, easy to operate, fast and accurate. The average recovery was 101.02% with a RSD of 0.67%.
