将小麦秸秆和城市污泥按照比例1∶5进行好氧堆肥,提高堆肥的效率和质量,观察加入不同量EM菌液对堆肥产品质量的影响。本实验共设置4个堆体,EM菌液加入量分别为0mL(1#)、15mL(2#)、30mL(3#)和45mL(4#)。堆肥共进行40天,分别测定了4个堆体在不同阶段的温度、含水率、pH、营养元素、有机质、重金属含量和发芽率等指标,并分析它们的变化规律及相关性。结果表明:4个堆体均完全腐熟,其中4#的堆肥产品完全符合园林绿化用泥质标准(GB/T 23486-2009),可以用于矿山废弃地修复。
Compost aerobic composting with wheat straw and municipal sludge at a ratio of 1: 5 to improve the compost efficiency and quality, and observe the effects of adding different amounts of EM bacteria on compost product quality. In this experiment, a total of four heaps were set up. The amount of EM bacteria added was 0 mL (1 #), 15 mL (2 #), 30 mL (3 #) and 45 mL (4 #) respectively. The composting was carried out for 40 days. The temperature, water cut, pH, nutrient elements, organic matter, heavy metal content and germination rate of the four piles at different stages were measured, and their variation and correlation were analyzed. The results showed that all four heaps were completely decomposed. The 4 # composting products were in full conformity with the standard of landscaping (GB / T 23486-2009) and could be used for mine wasteland restoration.
