从一些单位的情况看,工作差主要是班子差,有的单位天时地利都曾有过,为什么工作上不去,就是因为缺少人和,缺少正副职的良好配合。一个班子本属同类拉车,而不是寓言中的一个飞、一个跳、一个游怎么拉车。配合不好又主要因为正副职角色定位不准。要以事业为重,以大局为重,要从善良的愿望出发,从积极的角度着想,不能凭义气,不能争高低。因此,一把手和副职的定位就显得尤为重要。
