日前在由《经济日报》和国家经贸委经济研究中心联合主办的“海尔再造”与企业信息化研讨会上,与会的经济、管理学家和学者认为,海尔用管理信息化带动企业再造的实践具有以下几个特点:一是以市场链为纽带,再造业务流程,既借鉴其他企业尤其是国外跨国公司成功的经验,又结合自己的实际,创造性地实施了以市场链为纽带的业务流程再造。二是以订单信息流为中心带动物流、资金流运动。三是以产品个性化开发和网络化制造系统为后盾,实现高效率的电子商务运作。四是以人力资源开发、OEC(日清日高、日事日毕)管理和企业文化建设为基础,使信息化建设与基础工作相互促进,快速有效地推动企业信息化和国际化进程。
