从南京市教育装备与勤俭办对实验教师工作量的调查数据看,一方面生物实验教师的工作现状令人堪忧,另一方面教师对现有绩效考核模式不满意。为此,可借鉴公平理论、需求层次理论、双因素理论等改进现有生物实验教师绩效考核模式,以提高绩效考核质量,进而实现全面考核生物实验教师的目标。
According to the survey data on the workload of experimental teachers by Nanjing Educational Equipment and Diligence, on the one hand, the current status of the work of biological experiment teachers is worrying; on the other hand, the teachers are not satisfied with the existing performance assessment modes. To this end, we can learn from the fair theory, the theory of demand hierarchy, two-factor theory and other existing biology experiment teachers to improve the performance assessment model to improve the performance evaluation of the quality, and thus achieve the goal of a comprehensive assessment of biological experiment teachers.
