《回弹法评定混凝土抗压强度技术规程》(JGJ23-85)(以下简称《规程》,混凝土简称“砼”),是在原国家建工总局1978~1981年科研项目“砼质量非破损检验技术一一回弹法测定砼强度研究”成果鉴定的基础上,由陕西省建筑科学研究所会同中国建筑科学研究院建筑结构研究所、浙江省建筑科学研究所、四川省建筑科学研究所、中国建筑第四工程局建筑科学研究所、重庆市建筑科学研究所及天津建筑仪器厂共同编制的。在《规程》编制过程中,总结了我国三十年来使用回弹法检验砼强度的经验和存在的问题,从我国实际情况出发,参考了国外同类标准,开展了系统深入的试验研究,进行了大量工程实测和验证,经专门会议审查定稿。1985年1月,《规程》经建设部批准为部标准,于同年8月1日起试行。这是我国第一本非破损方法检验砼质量的专业标准。

A large number of engineering surveys and verifications were finalized by special meetings. In January 1985, the “Procedure” was approved by the Ministry of Construction as the ministry’s standard, and it began on August 1 of the same year. This is China’s first non-destructive method to test the quality of the professional standards.
