目的 探讨凋亡抑制基因Bcl-XL、Bcl- 2在肝细胞癌组织中的表达及相互关系。方法 用免疫组化SP法检测 5 7例肝细胞癌组织中Bcl-XL、Bcl- 2的表达。结果 5 7例肝细胞癌组织中Bcl-XL、Bcl- 2阳性表达分别为 36例 (6 3.2 % )、2 3例 (40 .4% )。两者表达阳性率差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。Bcl-XL、Bcl- 2各组表达水平及与组织学分级表达差异无显著性。低分化组 17例中 ,Bcl-XL、Bcl- 2阳性表达分别为 10例 (5 5 .8% )、4例 (2 3.5 % )。两组表达阳性率差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。 5 7例肝细胞癌中 ,Bcl-XL、Bcl- 2同时阳性 17例 ,同时阴性 15例 ,单独阳性各为19例、6例。结论 凋亡抑制基因Bcl-XL、Bcl- 2在肝细胞癌组织中既可同时发挥抑制细胞凋亡作用 ,也可单独作用 ,且Bcl-XL 的作用强于Bcl- 2。
Objective To investigate the expression and relationship of apoptosis suppressor genes Bcl-XL and Bcl-2 in hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of Bcl-XL and Bcl-2 in 57 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma. Results The positive expression of Bcl-XL and Bcl-2 in 57 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma were 36 cases (6 3.2%) and 23 cases (40.4%) respectively. There was a significant difference in the positive rate of the two expressions (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in expression level and histological grading expression between Bcl-XL and Bcl-2 groups. In the poorly differentiated group, the positive expression of Bcl-XL and Bcl-2 was found in 10 cases (5 5.8%) and 4 cases (2 3.5%) respectively. There was a significant difference in the positive rate between the two groups (P < 0.05). Of the 57 hepatocellular carcinomas, 17 were Bcl-XL and Bcl-2, and 15 were negative. The positives were 19 cases and 6 cases respectively. Conclusion Apoptosis suppressor genes Bcl-XL and Bcl-2 can both inhibit apoptosis and act alone in hepatocellular carcinoma, and Bcl-XL is more potent than Bcl-2.
