钻探机械制造作为我国工程机械制造业中的一个分支,经过五十多年的发展历程,从无到有,逐步建立了较为完善的制造体系,对我国经济发展起到越来越重要的作用。目前钻探机械的需求增长旺盛,行业的生产规模持续增长。然而,长期以来国内大多数钻探机械制造企业以“产品”或“利润”为中心,没有真正地做到“以客户为中心”,没有从客户关系管理(CRM)的角度出发,给客户带来最大利益并由此实现企业的长期价值。本文结合钻探机械制造行业的竞争态势分析,对钻探机械制造企业客户关系管理的现状进行简要剖析。
As a branch of China’s construction machinery manufacturing industry, after more than 50 years of development, drilling machinery manufacturing has gradually established a relatively perfect manufacturing system from scratch and played an increasingly important role in the economic development of our country. At present, the demand of drilling machinery is growing rapidly, and the production scale of the industry continues to grow. However, most domestic drilling machinery manufacturers have long been centered on “products” or “profits” without really being “customer-centric” and failing to bring customers from the perspective of customer relationship management (CRM) The best interests and thus the long-term value of the business. Based on the analysis of competitive situation in the drilling machinery manufacturing industry, this paper briefly analyzes the status quo of customer relationship management in drilling machinery manufacturing enterprises.
