通过Gleeble热模拟试验,研究了低合金焊丝用母材BZJ60-Ti热轧盘条在不同工艺条件下的相变规律和所能获取的最终显微组织,通过对热膨胀曲线相变段斜率及相对膨胀恢复量的对比,回避了显微组织直接对比法的局限性和难点,将显微组织作为辅助判断条件,推断出了在现有工艺条件下,此钢种要获得尽可能多的高温转变组织的合理工艺。并参照模拟结果,优化了此热轧盘条在生产过程中的工艺参数,获得了理想的显微组织,有效地降低了热轧盘条的抗拉强度。
