合伙租店我经常利用业余时间做点季节性生意,但做此种生意最为烦扰的就是租店面。因为如果租一年的话,很浪费金钱,赚的那点还不够付店租的;可是如果只想租个把月,店主又是万万不肯答应的。自从采用了合伙租店的理财技巧后,这个问题就迎刃而解了。合伙租店,托是几个做不同季节性生意(做生意的时间不冲突)的人合起来租个店面,签订协议,约定每个人使用店面的具体时间和期限。这样每个人既可以按时开店做生意,又不要支付多余的租金。例如,我去年和6个生意人合租了一个店面。这些合租者中,我是想在临近春节前做板鸭生意,而其余的人,一位想冬天收购冬笋,一位想春天收购春笋,一位想夏天卖西瓜,一位想秋天做柿子生意,还有一位想做橘子生意。这样一来,全年的店面都安排得满满的,充分利用,毫不空置,一分钱的店租都不浪费。在这种合伙租店的经营方式下,我仅在今年春节前租了一个月的店面实板鸭,入账5000元,而只支付了一个月450元的店租。
