目的对女性年龄与体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)各项试验结果及妊娠结局进行直线回归分析,揭示女性年龄在体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)周期中的重要意义。方法回顾性分析本院2011年1月-2012年12月进行IVF-ET治疗的2 618个新鲜周期,对不同女性年龄之间的获卵数、MII数、受精率、正常受精、卵裂数、正常卵裂、优胚数等试验数据及妊娠率、单双三胎率、流产率等妊娠结局进行直线回归分析。结果本研究显示妊娠率为51.78%。女性年龄与获卵数、MII数、受精率、正常受精、卵裂数、正常卵裂、优胚数的决定系数R2分别为0.1485、0.1407、0.1139、0.1024、0.1117、0.1、0.0462,回归系数b分别为-0.3785、-0.3602、-0.3048、-0.2447、-0.2976、-0.2405、-0.1052;与周期取消率、妊娠率、单、双、三胎率、流产率的R2为0.6528、0.6707、0.41、0.3695、0.1693、0.2755,b为0.0132、-0.018、0.0342、-0.0115、-0.0013、0.0099。结论 IVF-ET中女性年龄与周期取消率、妊娠率、单、双、三胎率、流产率等的决定系数分别达65%、67%、41%、37%、17%、28%;与获卵数、MII卵子数、受精数、正常受精数、卵裂数、正常卵裂数等的决定系数也在15%~10%,优胚数为4.6%。
