为了增强自己的办学实力,实现持久、健康的发展,中学就必须吸引人才、培养人才。中学在吸引人才时经常只关注其学历或者文凭,忽视了应聘者是否具有适应中学工作的能力。招聘上来的人才不重视后期的培养,导致中学工作人员知识结构得不到及时的更新,有的人才没有被委任到最适合自身才能的岗位上,使得学校的发展受到限制。所以,中学应该让人才引进工作和后期培训工作具有实效性、针对性。
In order to enhance their educational strength and achieve lasting and healthy development, secondary schools must attract and train qualified personnel. Secondary schools often focus solely on their academic qualifications or diploma in attracting talent, ignoring whether candidates have the ability to adapt to secondary school work. Recruiting talent does not attach importance to the latter part of the training, resulting in the knowledge structure of secondary school staff can not be updated in time, and some people have not been appointed to the most suitable position for their own talent, making the school’s development is limited. Therefore, secondary schools should make the introduction of talents and post-training work practical and targeted.
