目的:建立反相高效液相色谱法同时测定山葛降脂分散片中葛根素和牡荆素鼠李糖苷的含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱为Diamonsil C185μm(200mm×4.6mm),流动相为乙腈-0.5%冰醋酸,以流速1.0mL.min-1进行梯度洗脱;柱温:35℃;检测波长为268nm。结果:葛根素在0.076125~0.380625μg(r=0.9993)、牡荆素鼠李糖苷在0.055~0.275μg(r=0.9998)的范围内呈现良好线性关系,平均加样回收率为分别98.08%和98.82%,RSD分别为2.2%和2.2%。结论:本方法简便、快速、准确,可用于山葛降脂分散片的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for simultaneous determination of rhamnoside in puerarin and vitexin in Shange Jiangzhi Dispersible Tablets by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: The chromatographic column was Diamonsil C185μm (200mm × 4.6mm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.5% glacial acetic acid and eluted with a gradient of 1.0mL · min-1. The column temperature was 35 ℃ and the detection wavelength was 268nm. Results: The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between puerarin in the range of 0.076125-0.380625μg (r = 0.9993) and rhamnoside in the range of 0.055-0.275μg (r = 0.9998). The average recoveries were 98.08% and 98.82% respectively %, RSD respectively 2.2% and 2.2%. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and accurate and can be used for quality control of Shange Jiangzhi lipid-dispersing tablets.
