在机械故障诊断实践中 ,人们通常根据线性振动理论建立诊断知识库 ,分析故障机理 ,解读实测数据和图谱 ,得出诊断结论。当诊断对象中的非线性因素较为显著时 ,近似的线性化处理将不可避免地产生定量和定性上的误差 ,甚至导致漏诊、误诊和谎报。本文对基于线性振动理论的机械故障诊断方法的主要依据进行了必要的理论分析 ,指出了其固有的局限性 ,讨论了机械系统非线性故障现象的机理、诊断与预测研究的若干重要问题。参 7。
