唾腺基底细胞腺瘤很少见,人们对其认识亦较迟,作为一个独立的肿瘤类型直到1967年Kleinsasser和Klein的报告发表后始才逐渐获得公认。在此以前,多认为它是唾腺多形性腺瘤的一个变异型。本瘤镜下所见与腺样囊性癌有某些相似之处,因而常致误诊。实际上,本瘤无论从形态上或临床生物学行为方面与后两者均有明显不同。现将我们收治的一例报告如下,并结合文献略做复习 Salivary gland basal cell adenomas are rare, and they are known to be late. As an independent tumor type, it was only gradually recognized after the publication of Kleinsasser and Klein’s report in 1967. Previously, it was thought to be a variant of the salivary gland polymorphic adenoma. There are some similarities between this microscope and adenoid cystic carcinoma, which often leads to misdiagnosis. In fact, the tumor is distinctly different from the latter two in terms of morphological or clinical biological behavior. We now report a case of our treatment as follows, and review the literature slightly.
