面对日益激烈的市场竞争,企业要确保发展,就需要有一套完善的、对外具有竞争力、对内公平、具有激励作用的薪酬制度。薪酬改革的最终目的是要不断产生激烈效应,提高个体劳动生产力,为提高企业的竞争力和整体实力夯实基础。本文对勘察设计企业原有薪酬制度存在的弊端和薪酬制度改革的现状以及改革中应注意的问题作了较详细的介绍和综合分析。
Faced with increasingly fierce market competition, enterprises need to have a sound and competitive remuneration system that is both competitive and equitable internally and with incentives. The ultimate goal of pay reform is to continuously produce fierce effects, improve individual labor productivity, and lay a solid foundation for enhancing the competitiveness and overall strength of enterprises. This article made a detailed introduction and comprehensive analysis of the existing malpractices of the survey and design enterprises and the status quo of the reform of the remuneration system as well as the problems that should be paid attention to during the reform.
