小脑蚓部区肿瘤OUR-XGD伽玛刀治疗

目的探讨应用OUR-XGD伽玛刀技术治疗小脑引部区肿瘤方法和效果。方法回顾性分析30例经OUR-XGD伽玛刀治疗、影像证实的小脑蚓部区肿瘤的临床特点及疗效。结果本组30例,随访3~18个月(平均13.5个月),总生存率为73.33%,死亡率为26.67%。结论充分认识小脑蚓部区肿瘤的临床特征,正确运用立体定向放射外科技术(伽玛刀)处理原则,是治疗小脑蚓部区肿瘤的关键。对于恶性肿瘤能有效的延长患者的生存时间,提高生存质量。 Objective To investigate the method and effect of OUR-XGD gamma knife in the treatment of cerebellar approach. Methods Retrospective analysis of 30 cases of OUR-XGD gamma knife treatment, imaging confirmed cerebellar vermis tumor clinical features and efficacy. Results The group of 30 patients were followed up for 3 to 18 months (mean 13.5 months), the overall survival rate was 73.33%, the mortality rate was 26.67%. Conclusion The clinical features of cerebellar vermis tumors are well recognized. Correct application of the principle of stereotactic radiosurgery (gamma knife) treatment is the key to the treatment of cerebellar vermis tumors. For malignant tumors can effectively extend the survival time of patients and improve the quality of life.
