As a “vanguard” in the reform and opening up of the whole country, how can Shenzhen catch up with the “four little dragons”? The author thinks that there are several problems worthy of study. First, catch up with the schedule should be 10 years. The development of the entire Guangdong area is unbalanced, and there is a big difference between the coastal areas and the mountainous areas. The Pearl River Delta, central cities and coastal areas must catch up with the “four little dragons” of Asia in 15 years or less in order to bring along the poor and the poor. The border areas of young and old also need to weigh their own conditions and clearly set out the goal of catching up with the “Four Little Tigers of Guangdong” and learning about the “four little dragons” in Asia. Shenzhen shoulders the historic mission of taking the first step in the entire country and Guangdong Province and chasing the “four little dragons” faster. At present, Guangzhou and Dongguan propose to spend 15 years, Zhuhai proposes to spend 10 years, and Shenzhen should not catch up with the “four little dragons” for more than 10 years.
