文化作为社会主义精神文明建设的重要组成部分,一直在发挥着它的良好作用。如何做好基层群众文化工作将有利于提高全民的整体素质,丰富群众的精神文化生活,构建社会主义新中国的和谐社会,推进我国得社会繁荣与进步。因此,本文主要结合作者多年来的一些基层群众文化工作实践,提出如何深化群众文化改革,加快群众文化队伍建设,促进群众文化发展的几点意见和想法。
As an important part of the construction of socialist spiritual civilization, culture has been playing its good role. How to do a good job of grass-roots mass cultural work will be conducive to improving the overall quality of the entire people, enriching the spiritual and cultural life of the masses, building a harmonious socialist society in new China and promoting social prosperity and progress in our country. Therefore, this article mainly combines some author’s practice of grass-roots mass culture over the years, and puts forward some opinions and ideas on how to deepen mass cultural reform, speed up the construction of mass cultural team and promote the development of mass culture.
