采用超声波提取、酶解提取、微波提取及CO_2超临界萃取4种提取方法,优化竹荪的提取工艺,研究不同提取方法对竹荪提取液抗氧化活性的影响。结果表明:在超声功率为300 W、酶浓度为0.035 mmol/L、微波功率为700 W、CO_2超临界萃取压力为45 MPa的条件下,竹荪提取液抗氧化活性最好。并且随着竹荪提取液浓度的升高,提取液对DPPH自由基和羟基自由基清除能力增强。4种提取方法相比较而言,超声波功率为300 W时的竹荪提取液抗氧化活性最好。
Four extraction methods, such as ultrasonic extraction, enzymatic extraction, microwave extraction and CO_2 supercritical extraction, were used to optimize the extraction process of Dictyophora. The effects of different extraction methods on the antioxidant activity of Dictyophora were also studied. The results showed that under the conditions of ultrasonic power of 300 W, enzyme concentration of 0.035 mmol / L, microwave power of 700 W and CO2 supercritical extraction pressure of 45 MPa, the extract of Dictyophora was the best. And with the Dictyophora extract concentration increased, the extract of DPPH free radicals and hydroxyl radical scavenging capacity increased. Compared with the four extraction methods, the extract of Dictyophora bungeana at the ultrasonic power of 300 W had the best antioxidant activity.
