角膜内皮混浊在通常情况下并不多见,而且对于单纯角膜内皮的混浊既往无特殊治疗方法。笔者曾遇到一例双眼角膜上皮脱落、内皮混浊的老年性白内障患者,经手术摘除一眼白内障后,该眼角膜内皮混浊基本消退,现报告于下: 病例报告患者德吉德玛,蒙古族,女,66岁,牧民。主诉双眼视物逐渐模糊不清三年,1985年10月到我院求治,经检查诊断为“双眼老年性白内障”准备手术收入我科,住院号:
