自1975年开始,我们学习外地经验,并稍作了改进,对70多例癫痫患者用磷酸组胺注射治疗,并进行了3个月以上的随访,其中12例随访3年,收到了一定的疗效。现将资料完整的56例报告如下: 一、一般资料男34例,女22例。年龄最大者61岁,最小2岁。病史最长40年,最短1年。所有病例均由当地卫生院以上医疗单位确诊,其中属大发作42例,小发作4例,精神运动性发作3例,局限性癫痫2例,混合型(大发作合并其他发作)5例。56例中,除13例在开始本法治疗后继续服用原来服的中、西药(其中服苯巴比妥和大仑丁8例,服中药5例)外,其余43例在用本法治疗前、后均未用任何抗癫痫中、西药。采用
Since 1975, we have studied field experience and made some improvements. We treated 70 patients with epilepsy with histamine phosphate and followed up for more than 3 months.
