目的评价爱饭达(Identification and Management of Feeding Difficulties,IMFeD)工具对儿童不良饮食行为问题的干预效果,为制定标准化干预措施提供科学依据。方法采用前瞻性随机对照临床研究方法对沈阳市8个社区和4所幼儿园具有不良饮食行为问题的211名儿童进行干预研究,干预组应用爱饭达工具给予指导,对照组应用常规门诊保健技术给予指导。结果经过9个月5次随访,干预组饮食行为问题综合评分下降分值较对照组高,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01),不同年龄组中3岁组、4岁组差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01);干预组前后比较呈显著下降(t=21.2,P<0.01),且随着年龄的增加下降分值逐渐增高;干预组和对照组对比其IMFD工具的保护率为66.8%,效果指数是3.0;单纯干预组应用IMFD工具M9与M0的对比,其保护率为85.2%,效果指数是6.7;NNT1.3为(95%CI:1.2～1.5)。结论应用IMFeD工具对儿童饮食行为问题进行诊断、分类和干预效果明显。
Objective To evaluate the intervention effect of IMFeD tools on children’s poor dietary behaviors and provide a scientific basis for the development of standardized interventions. Methods A prospective, randomized, controlled clinical study was conducted to investigate 211 children with adverse dietary behavior problems in 8 communities and 4 nurseries in Shenyang. The intervention group was instructed to use the Emeida tool while the control group was given routine outpatient health care guide. Results After 5 months of follow-up at 9 months, the score of comprehensive score declining in the intervention group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.01), and the difference between the 3-year-old group and the 4-year-old group was highly significant (T = 21.2, P <0.01), and the score decreased gradually with the increase of age; the protection rate of the IMF and the control group in the intervention group and the control group was significantly lower than that in the control group Was 66.8%, and the effect index was 3.0. Compared with M0, the IMF intervention rate was 85.2% and the effect index was 6.7; NNT1.3 was (95% CI: 1.2-1.5). Conclusion The application of IMFeD tool in children’s diet behavior problems diagnosis, classification and intervention effect is obvious.
