以新型热轧纳米析出强化钢为研究对象,利用透射电子显微镜分析了不同卷取温度下纳米析出相的形貌特征及尺寸分布。分析结果表明,当卷取温度小于650℃时,纳米析出颗粒尺寸小,但数量较少,对高强钢力学性能的贡献有限;当卷取温度高于650℃时,纳米析出颗粒逐渐长大并粗化,这也不利于提高材料的强度;只有当卷取温度为650℃时,钢中纳米析出颗粒无论是数量还是尺寸,均更有利于纳米析出高强钢获得优异的力学性能。
Taking the new hot-rolled nano-precipitation strengthened steel as the research object, the morphology and size distribution of the nano-precipitated phases at different coiling temperatures were analyzed by transmission electron microscopy. The results show that when the coiling temperature is less than 650 ℃, the size of the nano-precipitated particles is small but the number is small, and the contribution to the mechanical properties of the high-strength steel is limited. When the coiling temperature is higher than 650 ℃, the nano-precipitated particles grow up gradually Roughening, which is not conducive to improving the strength of the material; only when the coiling temperature is 650 ℃, the nano-precipitated particles in the steel, both in number and size, are more conducive to the nano-precipitated high-strength steel to obtain excellent mechanical properties.
