应用取向分布函数 (ODF)研究和分析了热轧、冷轧及退火对 30 0 4铝合金织构的影响·结果表明 ,热轧后织构类型为 (10 0 ) [uvw],且 (10 0 ) [0 11]旋转立方织构为最强 ;在冷轧过程中 ,所有样品的冷轧织构表现为典型的铜式织构特征 ,随形变量的增加 ,织构由弱到强 ,最后稳定在铜织构、黄铜织构和S织构 3个织构组分 ;冷轧样品退火后 ,退火织构主要由立方织构、退火R/S织构和铜织构组成 ,其中在 30 0℃和 40 0℃的退火样品中存在强度较高的再结晶立方织构 { 0 0 1}〈10 0〉 ,10 0℃和2 0 0℃的退火样品中再结晶立方织构 { 0 0 1}〈10 0〉强度很低 ,而再结晶R/S{ 12 4}〈2 11〉织构和C{ 112 }〈111〉织构组分强度较高·
The effects of hot rolling, cold rolling and annealing on the textures of 304 aluminum alloy were studied and analyzed by using the orientation distribution function (ODF). The results showed that the texture type of hot rolled is (100) [uvw], and (10 0) The texture of rotating cube is the strongest.
