Appreciation-type inquiry is a brand-new way of organizational reform, and it has improved some teaching defects in traditional primary and secondary school teaching. Appreciation teaching mainly emphasizes attention and exploration of advantages and potentials. The article begins with an overview of the essence of appreciation-type inquiry. Based on the perspective of appreciation-based inquiry, it analyzes the existing problems in the teaching of primary and secondary schools and discusses the steps to promote the implementation of teaching reform in primary and secondary schools.
