近年来,已有不少学者在HBV感染者的肝外细胞,尤其是白细胞和单核细胞中测到HBV DNA。HBV与这些血细胞的相互作用可能对患者的免疫功能和HBV感染的持续有重要意义。但是,目前尚不知道HBVDNV能在哪一种血细胞内复制。作者用Southern吸印杂交技术研究了14例HBsAg携带者外周血单核细胞(PBMCs)及其不同亚群中HBV DNA的存在和状态。随机抽选14例HBsAg携带者,其中5例HBeAg阳性,8例抗-HBe阳性,均未经类固醇或抗病毒药物治疗。以12例健康人作为对照,其中5例曾接种乙型肝炎疫苗,并且转为抗-HBs阳性。
In recent years, many scholars have detected HBV DNA in extrahepatic cells of HBV infected persons, especially white blood cells and mononuclear cells. Interactions between HBV and these blood cells may have important implications for the patient’s immune function and the persistence of HBV infection. However, it is unknown at what kind of blood cells HBVDNV can replicate. The authors used Southern blot hybridization to study the presence and status of HBV DNA in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from 14 HBsAg carriers and their different subpopulations. A total of 14 HBsAg carriers were randomly selected, of which 5 were HBeAg positive and 8 were anti-HBe positive, all of which were not treated with steroids or antiviral drugs. Twelve healthy controls were used as controls, of which 5 had been vaccinated against hepatitis B and switched to anti-HBs positive.
