采用比色法测定了加拿大产西洋参侧根、须根的总皂甙。测试结果：侧根总皂甙含量为 6. 42％，须根总皂甙含量为 8. 55％、 8. 43％，测定平均回收率为 98. 32％， RSD为 2. 82％。
Colorimetry was used to determine the total saponins of lateral roots and fibrous roots of American-American ginseng. Test results: The total root saponin content was 6.42%. The total saponin content in the root was 8.5% and 8.43%. The average recovery was 98.32% and the RSD was 2.82%.
