为促进客车制造材料的更新抉代,以适应国民经济发展的需要,对耐候钢的冲压工艺性和焊接工艺性进行了试验研究。试验中,对车体钢结构的典型零件进行了冲压力的验算和冲压成型试验;对不同板厚的母材分别进行了小件试验和十字搭接裂纹试验、焊条工艺性能试验和异种钢(SPA-H+A3)焊接接头性能试验。
In order to promote the renovation of passenger car manufacturing materials and to adapt to the needs of national economic development, the stamping process and welding process of weathering steels have been studied. In the experiment, the typical parts of the steel structure of the vehicle were checked for the stamping force and the stamping test. The small pieces and cross lap cracks were tested on the base metal with different thickness. The electrode performance test and dissimilar steel SPA-H + A3) welded joints performance test.
