我们采用相关股动脉注射蝮蛇抗栓酶(以下称“蝮蛇酶”)治疗下肢血栓闭塞性脉管炎(TAO)50例(治疗组),并同时以蝮蛇酶静脉滴注治疗50例(对照组)作为对照。现报告如下。
