目的:研究芷冰原位凝胶(ZB-ISG)在体内的吸收、分布及消除过程。方法:选择新西兰大白兔为受试动物,以口服芷冰药液作为参比制剂,采用双周期两制剂交叉试验法,通过测定血清中欧前胡素的含量评价其体内的生物利用度。结果:芷冰药液和ZB-ISG的AUC分别为(610.89±36.09),(1150.77±64.61)μg.h.L-1,表明ZB-ISG在兔体内的吸收程度>芷冰药液;芷冰药液和ZB-ISG的Cmax分别为(62.7±7.71),(110.7±10.76)μg.L-1,芷冰药液和ZB-ISG的tmax分别为(3.35±0.36),(0.82±0.22)h,表明ZB-ISG经鼻腔给药欧前胡素的吸收量和吸收速率均>口服芷冰药液。结论:ZB-ISG相对于口服芷冰药液大大提高了欧前胡素的生物利用度。
OBJECTIVE: To study the absorption, distribution and elimination of ZB-ISG in vivo. Methods: New Zealand white rabbits were selected as experimental animals. Oral Zixi liquid was used as reference preparation. The bioavailability of imperatorin in serum was evaluated by cross-test of two cycles and two formulations. Results: The AUC of Zhibin liquid and ZB-ISG were (610.89 ± 36.09) and (1150.77 ± 64.61) μg.hL-1 respectively, which indicated that the absorption degree of ZB-ISG in rabbits was> Zhibi liquid; (62.7 ± 7.71) and (110.7 ± 10.76) μg.L-1 for ZB-ISG solution and ZB-ISG were 3.35 ± 0.36 and 0.82 ± 0.22 respectively , Which shows that ZB-ISG nasal administration of imperatorin absorption and absorption rate were> oral Zhibi liquid. Conclusion: ZB-ISG significantly increased the bioavailability of imperatorin compared to oral Zhibin liquid.
