1 病例特点①患儿女,1岁3个月,病史长达4个月.②以发热、咳嗽起病.逐渐出现腹胀、气促,经青霉素、氨苄青霉素抗感染治疗,病情一度好转.③出现多浆膜腔积液体征,双侧胸廓饱满、对称,呼吸动度相等,双肺肩胂下区叩浊音,呼吸音减低,腹稍膨隆、紧张、移动性浊音(±).X线胸片:双侧胸腔积液,腹水
1 case characteristics ① children, 1 year old and 3 months, a history of up to 4 months. ② to fever, cough onset.
